I design across B2B SaaS and B2C digital products, from complex business tools to consumer web and app experiences in telecommunications. My focus is always the user, creating usable, accessible and intuitive experiences informed by research and feedback.
Action Plan Download
The previous iteration of the action plan download left users overwhelmed as they were forced to download all the information. The new iteration means that users only download what they need.

Hospitality client problem: far too many times, their paperwork was ruined by spillages. They wanted a digital solution.

Tech Scan Wizard
This is a new piece of software that assesses a company’s tech facilities and capabilities through a series of scans. Before the scans can occur, there’s a series of tasks to complete through a wizard. I led the UX/UI on this project.
